Entry-Level Staff Auditor

The Staff Auditor will be guided by an in-charge auditor who will direct the engagement assignments as necessary.  The Staff Auditor will be expected to acknowledge the assignments and adhere to the time requirements of the engagement.  The Staff Auditor will communicate with the In-Charge any exceptions or changes in the client financial information that will affect the engagement as a whole.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • EDUCATION: Undergraduate or graduate degree in accounting or related specialized course work.  Sufficient accounting and auditing course work to sit for the CPA examination, a 3.0+ GPA
  • EXPERIENCE: Preferred but not required, experience within a public accounting firm
  • Valid driver’s License with reliable transportation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong technical accounting skills
  • Dedication to teamwork and integrity within a professional environment
  • Ability to analyze client financial accounting information
  • Ability to work under the direction of multiple supervisory personnel


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications essential
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write, speak and interpret rules, procedures, routine and reports/correspondence
