Mr. White has been a partner with VTD since 1983, and has been providing professional services for banks, manufacturers and other entities since 1978. He has extensive experience in the accounting and tax issues related to mergers and acquisitions, and strategic planning.
Mr. White has served as the firm’s managing partner since 2000 which entails chairing the Executive Committee and sitting on all of the firm's practice groups and operating committees: quality control, personnel, information technology, and practice development.
As VTD's managing partner, Mr. White is tasked with the facilitation of the firm’s policies and procedures; all financial matters conducted by the firm; and assists in some of the human resources functions of the firm as well.
Mr. White is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the California State Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Western Association of Accounting Firms.
