Professional development

VTD has grown to be a top five California based CPA firm employing over 200 individuals. This growth has been achieved through years of industry specific staff development.  The following are just a few examples of the training provided:

In-House Training:  Instruction on specialized topics provided by partners, managers and supervisors at least twice a year.
Special Speakers:  Nationally recognized experts provide topic-specific seminars.
California Society of CPA’s Education Foundation:  Conferences related to a variety of industries.

Work/Life Balance

VTD believes in providing a balance between work and home life.  We have found that this is a major contributor to our high level of employee retention.    VTD also sponsors social activities such as summer barbeques, various sports events, and firm parties.
